Delivery Information

Delivery is FREE on all orders for UK delivery. We also offer a next day delivery for an additional fee of £5.00. Orders must be placed before 3pm. Sunday delivery is not available. All orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as standard. For the next day delivery service we will despatch by the Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Service. Orders over £50 and jewellery will be sent in a Rumpus Resort gift box and all jewellery comes with a fabric pouch. You will receive your purchases within 1-3 working days. Customers will be kept informed of any delays. Delivery Addresses As deliveries will require a signature, Rumpus Resort will send orders to an alternative address of your choice. After adding your BILLING address simply add a preferred SHIPPING address during the checkout stage and we will ship the goods there for you.Cost of Delivery Rumpus Resort delivers to many places as shown in the following price list.

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. This may delay your delivery time.

Who We Use for Delivery
UK orders : shipped via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. We will inform you of your tracking reference by email when your order is dispatched.
Overseas orders : shipped via Royal Mail. We will inform you of your tracking reference by email when your order is dispatched.

If Out at the Time of Delivery
As your parcel requires a signature however no one is available at the time of delivery, you will be left a card. You will then be able to contact Royal Mail to arrange a second delivery or collect from the depot.

The delivery of the goods shall be made by us or the carrier to the address for delivery shown in the order form. It is important for the address to be accurate. Please be precise with delivery instructions. Once the goods have been delivered in accordance with your instructions, you will be responsible. Thank you!

Do you Gift Wrap?
Rumpus Resort believes every order is special. Whether it is for you or someone else we make sure your purchase is beautifully wrapped in our branded magnetic boxes with no additional charge (on all orders over £50). However if you wish to opt out of complimentary gift wrap, please advise in the 'comments' box during checkout.
