By placing an order and purchasing goods from Rumpus Resort (www.rumpusresort.com) you enter into a legally binding agreement with us on the following conditions.

Basis of Sale
We shall sell to you and you shall purchase only those goods which you have set out in an order and which have been accepted by us with immediate payment.
We reserve the right to reject any order unless agreed in writing and each such sale of Goods will be subject to these terms and conditions.
The quantity and description of the Goods will be those set out in your order.
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the Goods are available, the orders reflect current pricing, you are based in the delivery zone and your card payment is authorised.
You or we are entitles to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the Goods appearing on our website.
We reserve the right to make changes in the specification of the Goods which are required to conform to any applicable statutory or EC requirements.
Price of the Goods
The price of the Goods will be set out on the relevant page of the site. We reserve the right to change the prices set out on this site provided that if we accept an order from you the price of Goods will be set out in the relevant range at the time the order is placed.
The price of the Goods does not include insured postage and packaging. There will be additional charges made relative to the size and amount of Goods insured for postage and packaging. This charge will be clearly shown on the order form.
The total price is inclusive of any applicable value added tax.
This offer is only applicable to *full price items (*this is subject to change) and is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Missoni and Eres are not included in the offer.
Terms of Payment
Upon providing us with details of the payment card and submitting the order you:
- Confirm and ensure that the information contained with the order is true and accurate and that you duly authorise to use the payment card.
- Authorise us to deduct from the payment card account the full price of the Goods.
If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account, we can cancel the order or suspend any further delivers to you.
We will not pass your personal info onto any third party without your permission.
The delivery of the goods shall be made by us or the carrier to the address for delivery shown in the order form. It is important for the address to be accurate. Please be precise with delivery instructions. Once the Goods have been delivered in accordance with your instructions, you will be responsible.
We will try to meet the delivery date given. Although we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
If we are unable to make delivery date we will contact you.
If we fail for any reason within our control to fully/practically deliver your Goods, any reimbursements shall be no more than the price of the Goods together with any delivery and/or reasonable return costs.
Our delivery costs are as follows:
Within the UK - Delivery is FREE on all orders for UK delivery on orders over £100. All UK orders below £100 cost £2.95 and are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. All UK orders over £100 will be sent Royal Mail First Class Special Delivery in a Rumpus Resort gift box and all jewellery comes with a fabric pouch or small box as appropriate. You will receive your purchases within 1-3 working days. Customers will be kept informed of any delays.
Delivery Addresses: As deliveries will require a signature, Rumpus Resort will send orders to an alternative address of your choice. After adding your BILLING address simply add a preferred SHIPPING address during the checkout stage and we will ship the goods there for you
Europe – Delivery is FREE for all orders over £100 within Europe and costs £5.95 on all orders below £100.
Rest of the World – Delivery is FREE for all orders over £100 outside Europe and costs £5.95 on all orders below £100.
Risk and Property
As soon as we have delivered the Goods or services, you will be responsible for them.
Warranties and Liability
The terms and conditions of this contract do not affect any additional rights you may have under a manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee. In addition, the terms and conditions of this contract do not affect your statutory rights.
Right to Cancel & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within the cooling off period of 14 days, and you are entitled to receive a full refund of the purchase price as long as the item is returned to us within that 14 day period in a saleable condition (perfect, unworn and with tags attached).
**Please note that as personalised items Rae Feather bags are non-refundable/non-returnable. Your statutory rights are unaffected
If you wish to return any goods you have purchased, you must contact us by email or phone to inform us of your intention to return the goods.
You are responsible for the cost of the return of your item within the 14 day period (unless the item is deemed to be faulty). Please re-package your boxed/parcelled goods so that they are secure.
All items must be returned with all tags and hygiene labels in place. Any item must be in the exact same, unworn condition in which it was received.
