Rumpus Resort - Delivery

***COVID-19 UPDATE - please note that it may take longer for your parcel to arrive and the Post Office is not currently guaranteeing Next Day Delivery. Also the shop is not manned daily so we may only do one or two parcel deliveries a week. 

Delivery is FREE on all orders worldwide on purchases over £150. All UK postage on orders of less than £150 costs £2.95 and are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as standard. We also offer a next day UK delivery for an additional fee of £5.00 (excluding Fridays, weekends and UK Bank Holidays). Special orders on a Friday for a guaranteed Saturday delivery incur an additional £10 cost. For next day UK delivery orders must be placed before 3pm. Please note that we do not despatch post on a Saturday, Sunday delivery is not available. For the next day delivery service we will despatch by the Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Service. Orders over £150 will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery in a Rumpus Resort gift box and all jewellery comes with a fabric pouch or small box as appropriate. You will receive your purchases within 1-3 working days. Customers will be kept informed of any delays. Deliveries will require a signature; Rumpus Resort will send orders to an alternative address of your choice. After adding your BILLING address simply add a preferred SHIPPING address during the checkout stage and we will ship the goods there for you. Deliveries to countries outside of the EU may still be subject to local import taxes. All local import taxes are your responsibility where they apply. This may delay your delivery time and is not within our control.

Who We Use for Delivery

UK orders : shipped via the Royal Mail First Class Delivery service. We will inform you of your tracking reference by email when your order is dispatched if applicable.

Overseas orders : shipped via Royal Mail. If the value of the parcel is over £40 we will inform you of your tracking reference by email when your order is dispatched, otherwise it will be despatched as a standard airmail item and we will retain a proof of postage.

If Out at the Time of Delivery If your parcel requires a signature and no one is available at the time of delivery, you will be left a card. You will then be able to contact Royal Mail to arrange a second delivery or collect from the depot.


The delivery of the goods shall be made by us or the carrier to the address for delivery shown in the order form. It is important for the address to be accurate. Please be precise with delivery instructions. Once the goods have been delivered in accordance with your instructions, you will be responsible. Thank you!

We will try our best to meet the delivery date given. If there are any changes to this we will keep you informed at all times. If we are unable to make delivery date we will contact you.

Do you Gift Wrap? Rumpus Resort believes every order is special. Whether it is for you or someone else we make sure your purchase is beautifully packaged  in our branded magnetic boxes with no additional charge (on all orders over £150). However if you wish to opt out of complimentary gift box, please advise in the 'comments' box during checkout.

If you wish to return any goods you have purchased, you must contact us by email or phone within 7 days to inform us of your intention to return the goods.You are entitled to receive a full refund of the purchase price if you return the goods to us in a saleable condition (with all tags attached) within 14 days of receipt of item.

We would like to avoid dealing with too many returns as currently the shop is not open as per the government guidelines. Please use email ( or instagram (@rumpusresort) Direct Messages to ask questions about an item you'd like to purchase so we can help with sizing etc. If you do return an item please bear with us as it will take longer for us to physically process that return.

You are responsible for the cost of the return of your item (unless the item is deemed to be faulty).

All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided within 14 days of receipt of item. Please re-package your boxed/parcelled goods so that they are secure.

Return items should be sent to: Rumpus Resort, Springfield House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AA, UK. Or if you are local to us, you can drop your return item to us directly at the shop.

The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all designer garment tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Please try all swimwear on over underwear and avoid contact with make-up, fake tan and other cosmetics that may transfer onto the garment.

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately.


How to Return an item?

Please contact us by email ( within seven days of receiving your order.

Within your purchase you will receive a return chart. Please complete this, indicating the reason why you want to send back your item(s).

Please note: we will recharge the card you made the initial payment for your goods with. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain a tracking number as we can not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. You will be notified by email once your returned has been received and processed.
