Non-UK orders
Cost for postage on all International Orders is £25.
For our International Orders the following applies. We deduct the UK tax from your item at point of checkout to compensate for you having to pay local taxes.
All orders delivered outside the UK are VAT free, this is calculated once you are in checkout. You may need to pay local taxes & duties on collection. ** Please note that if your parcel is unclaimed (owing to unpaid tax and duties) and returned to us we will deduct the cost of our postage at point of refund.
General Info
Delivery is FREE on all UK orders on purchases over £150. All UK postage on orders of less than £150 costs £4.95 and are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery as standard. You will receive your purchases within 1-3 working days. We also offer a next day UK delivery for an additional fee of £7.00 (excluding Fridays, weekends and UK Bank Holidays). Special orders on a Friday for a guaranteed Saturday delivery incur an additional £10 cost. For next day UK delivery orders must be placed before 12 noon. Please note that we do not despatch post on a Saturday. Sunday delivery is not available. For the next day delivery service we will despatch by the Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Service. Deliveries will require a signature. Rumpus Resort will send orders to an alternative address of your choice (though they may be queried for high value goods). After adding your BILLING address simply add a preferred SHIPPING address during the checkout stage and we will ship the goods there for you.
Deliveries to countries outside of the UK may still be subject to local import taxes. All local import taxes are your responsibility where they apply. This may delay your delivery time and is not within our control.
Who We Use for Delivery
UK orders : shipped via the Royal Mail Delivery service. We will inform you of your tracking reference by email when your order is dispatched if applicable.
Overseas orders : shipped via Royal Mail. We will inform you of your tracking reference by email when your order is dispatched.
If Out at the Time of Delivery If your parcel requires a signature and no one is available at the time of delivery, you will be left a card. You will then be able to contact Royal Mail to arrange a second delivery or collect from the depot.

The delivery of the goods shall be made by us or the carrier to the address for delivery shown in the order form. It is important for the address to be accurate. Please be precise with delivery instructions. Once the goods have been delivered in accordance with your instructions, you will be responsible. Thank you!

Click & Collect We offer a free Click & Collect service from our Wilmslow boutique. You will be sent an initial order confirmation email, then you’ll get a second email once your order is ready for collection, detailing how/when you can pick your item(s) up. Please wait for that second email before you attempt collection.
Please note our opening times for pickup are as follows
March to September - Monday - Saturday 9:30 - 5:30 (excluding Bank Holidays)
October to February - Tuesday - Saturday 9:30 - 5:30 (excluding Bank Holidays)

If you wish to return any goods you have purchased, you must contact us by email or phone within 7 days to inform us of your intention to return the goods. You are entitled to receive a full refund of the purchase price if you return the goods to us in a saleable condition (with all tags attached) within 14 days of receipt of item.
