By placing an order and purchasing goods from Rumpus Resort (www.rumpusresort.com) you enter into a legally binding agreement with us on the following conditions.

You should read and understand these conditions because they affect your rights and liabilities.

Basis of Sale
We shall sell to you and you shall purchase only those goods which you have set out in an order and which have been accepted by us with immediate payment.

We reserve the right to reject any order unless agreed in writing and each such sale of Goods will be subject to these terms and conditions.

Orders
The quantity and description of the Goods will be those set out in your order.

Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the Goods are available, the orders reflect current pricing, you are based in the delivery zone and your card payment is authorised.

You or we are entitles to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the Goods appearing on our website.

We reserve the right to make changes in the specification of the Goods which are required to conform to any applicable statutory or EC requirements.

Price of the Goods
The price of the Goods will be set out on the relevant page of the site. We reserve the right to change the prices set out on this site provided that if we accept an order from you the price of Goods will be set out in the relevant range at the time the order is placed.

The price of the Goods does not include insured postage and packaging. There will be additional charges made relative to the size and amount of Goods insured for postage and packaging. This charge will be clearly shown on the order form.

The total price is inclusive of any applicable value added tax for all UK customers.


Terms of Payment
Upon providing us with details of the payment card and submitting the order you:

- Confirm and ensure that the information contained with the order is true and accurate and that you duly authorise to use the payment card.

- Authorise us to deduct from the payment card account the full price of the Goods.

If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account, we can cancel the order or suspend any further delivers to you.

We will not pass your personal info onto any third party without your permission.

Delivery
The delivery of the goods shall be made by us or the carrier to the address for delivery shown in the order form. It is important for the address to be accurate. Please be precise with delivery instructions. Once the Goods have been delivered in accordance with your instructions, you will be responsible.

We will try to meet the delivery date given. Although we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

If we are unable to make delivery date we will contact you.

If we fail for any reason within our control to fully/practically deliver your Goods, any reimbursements shall be no more than the price of the Goods together with any delivery and/or reasonable return costs.

Our delivery costs are as follows:
Delivery is FREE on all orders worldwide on purchases over £150. All UK postage on orders of less than £150 costs £4.95 and are sent by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For. We also offer a next day UK delivery for an additional fee of £7.00 (excluding Fridays, weekends and UK Bank Holidays). Special orders on a Friday for a guaranteed Saturday delivery incur an additional £10 cost. For next day UK delivery orders must be placed before 3pm. Please note that we do not despatch post on a Saturday, Sunday delivery is not available. For the paid for next day delivery service we will despatch by the Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Service. Orders over £150 will be sent Royal Mail wrapped in tissue and all jewellery comes with a fabric pouch or small box as appropriate. You will receive your purchases within 1-3 working days. Deliveries will require a signature. Rumpus Resort will send orders to an alternative address of your choice (though they may be queried for high value goods). After adding your BILLING address simply add a preferred SHIPPING address during the checkout stage and we will ship the goods there for you. Rumpus Resort delivers to many places as shown in the following price list: (PLEASE NOTE WE NO LONGER SHIP TO THE EU) 


Risk and Property
As soon as we have delivered the Goods or services, you will be responsible for them.

Warranties and Liability
The terms and conditions of this contract do not affect any additional rights you may have under a manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee. In addition, the terms and conditions of this contract do not affect your statutory rights.

Right to Cancel & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within the cooling off period of 14 days, and you are entitled to receive a full refund of the purchase price as long as the item is returned to us within that 14 day period in a saleable condition (perfect, unworn and with tags attached).

If you wish to return any goods you have purchased, you must contact us by email or phone to inform us of your intention to return the goods.

You are responsible for the cost of the return of your item within the 14 day period (unless the item is deemed to be faulty). Please re-package your boxed/parcelled goods so that they are secure.

All items must be returned with all tags and hygiene labels in place. Any item must be in the exact same, unworn condition in which it was received.

To guarantee the safe return of your item we recommend a tracked service.

 

Brexit

Now we have left the EU parcels going there may now be subject to customs checks, so may take a little longer than before. You may also incur tax & duty costs for which you are fully responsible. The amount will vary from country to country.
We deduct the UK tax from your item at point of checkout to compensate for you having to pay local taxes.
If you have not received your item within 14 days of placing your order please contact us so we can investigate further.
** Please note that if your parcel is unclaimed (owing to unpaid tax and duties) and returned to us we will deduct the cost of our postage at point of refund.
